Fluoride is a known poison to humans. However, Taurine has been shown to PROTECT against damage caused by fluoride exposure in various organs.
Most importantly Taurine Ameliorates Thyroid Dysfunction in Rats Chronically Exposed to Fluoride (Adedara et al., 2017)
